Jammin' on Jeff and Just a Stones Throw have a 1 night minimum Monday-Thursday and a 2 night minimum on Friday, Saturday, Holidays and special events.
The 198 Friends and Family has a 2 night minimum.

It depends on your specific needs. Jammin' on Jeff sleeps 6 adults, Just a Stones throw sleeps 8 adults, The 198 Friends & Family will sleep 14 adults.

- When is the best time to visit?

Downtown Franklin, Indiana is full of life year round. The units are equipped with heating and cooling and are within walking distance to all the local shops and eateries.

All the units have fully equipped kitchens with range oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, crockpot and more.
If you don't want to cook there are plenty of restaurants to choose from within steps from the property.

SO MUCH! Downtown Franklin is known as a small town destination with lots of things to explore. Check out the local Discover Downtown Franklin website or the area Chamber calendar.
The Drive Hubler Amphitheater is across the street. Check out it's concerts and activities schedule.

Yes, All our units can accommodate children. Please know that we do not have extra child safety locks, safety gates, etc. So please keep an eye on your little one. You will need to bring any child related items with you as we do not supply cribs or other children items.

- What is your cancelation policy or rescheduling?

The cancelation policy can be found for each listing on the booking page.
We would be happy to reschedule your stay up to 30 days prior to check in and a 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

- Do I have to pay a damage deposit upfront?

We know that keeping your money in your pocket is important to you just as protecting our properties is important to us. Because of this we handle the damage deposit just as a hotel would with a credit card pre-authorization at the time of check-in. At Check-In we place a damage deposit pre-authorization hold on your credit card (we do not charge your card). When you check out our cleaning staff will ensure the unit is in the same or better condition. When it is we release the hold from your card within 7 days.

Yes, this is a multi-tenant building so please be respectful of others by keeping all noise levels at a minimum between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am.

- Is the Loft handicap accessible?

The lofts are located on the second floor of the building. The only access is by stairwell. There is no elevator in the building.
